What to do in London when… you want to admire some pretty flowers

For anyone who follows me on Instagram (and if you don’t, you probs should), you’ll know I’m slightly totally obsessed with flowers. Luckily, Londoners (and the Brits in general, really) share my love of these pretty little things and there’s absolutely no shortage of places to find flowers in London.

In honour of the 2016 RHS Chelsea Flower Show, which I had the pleasure of attending last week, here are three places to find flowers in London when you feel like admiring some natural beauty:

Columbia Road Flower Market

I’ve made no secret of my love for this place.  Sundays are market day and you should make sure you arrive early (as close to 8am as your weekend state of mind will allow!) to avoid claustrophobic crowds.

Liberty London

Liberty is renowned for its floral prints, but its real-life blooms gracing its front entrance onto Great Marlborough Street are as equally luxurious and impressive.

Fulham Palace

A little bit more off the beaten track (well, as off the beaten track as something can be in Fulham…) is Fulham Palace. The humble yet stunning gardens are worth the District Line trek for a low-ley stroll.
